Install Instruction for FIFA 14 Mod FIFA 23:
1. Download Apk+Obb+Data file from above links.
2. Extract all files Using any File Manager. Watch above video for the password.
3. After extraction completed, open apk file from extracted files and install it, but don’t open it.
4. Open OBB folder and copy com.ea.game.fifa14_row folder to Android>Obb>[Here].
5. Open DATA folder and copy com.ea.game.fifa14_row folder to Android>Data>[Here].
Note: If your Android version is 11/12 and you’re having trouble copying files to the data folder, you should use Solid Explorer. Before copying, check in the data folder if there is already one or more folders with this name:
com.ea.game.fifa14_row
If there are already folders with the above name then delete all those folders first, then copy the files to the data folder.
6. That’s it, now just open the game and enjoy.
Note: Must copy all files to internal storage ( phone storage) only.
How to Install Commentary
1. Download the commentary file from the above link.
2. Extract the commentary file. From the extracted files, copy the Speech folder and the Profile file and paste(overwrite) them to:
Android > data > com.ea.game.fifa14_row > [here]
If game is force closing for you:
1. Select “Simulate” in Kits changing screen before a match.
2. Wait till full time.
3. Press the check button for continue the game.
How to change game language:
1. Download this locale.ini file from here.
2. Sometimes .txt automatically added after this file name when you download. Just remove .txt from the file name (rename it to locale.ini). This file name must be locale.ini only.
2. Overwrite this locale.ini file to: Android/data/com.ea.game.fifa14_row/ini/na/[Overwrite/Paste here].
3. Open this file using any txt editor app, search for DEFAULT_TEXT_LANGUAGE and change ENG_US to any language, using below codes:
ENG_US for English (default)
FRE_FR for French
SPA_ES for Spanish
GER_DE for German
ITA_IT for Italian
JPN_JP for Japanese
KOR_KR for Korean
CHS_CN for Chinese
RUS_RU for Russian
POR_BR for Portuguese

After that save file and start the game.

Good job! The graphics are very cool, but the game itself is too easy to play. For eg, you can easily dribble and score as many goals as you can. The goalkeeper isn’t good enough compared to FIFA 22 goalkeeper. You people would have made it to be difficult like FIFA 22. Is too easy. I will be happy if you could upload a better difficult Data file for us🙏

Your device model? Please check the game on any other device. If game works, that means something wrong with your device. As I tested it on Android 11 and 12 and it’s working fine.
You have being really good with the games but the players name can take it up to the players head would be good seeing the players name clearly and most manu players haven’t be update like casemiro and Antony

The transfer window just closed few days ago and new players were bought and added to teams especially in the premier league. Thanks for the game. You really tried. But sir, I downloaded the commentary and followed exactly the procedures yet to no avail. It’s not working. From the extracted file, I copied the speech folder with the speech profile and went to the adriond data, opened it and located the ea.game…and pasted it there, yet, it wasn’t working. Actually you need to overwrite these files in the com.ea.game.fifa14_row folder. Maybe you just copied and old files are still there? I’ve installed commentary the same way with the same files like hundreds of times on different devices.
Please sir make the game when ever u win a cup let them celebrate with the cup not just celebrating.And make the game to be more hard let ur opponents be scoring goals against u.

Please follow the instructions carefully. Commentary should work fine. Watch the install instructions and read Commentary install instructions as well.
It’s really a nice game with good graphics and the difficulty level is very ok on manager mode even the whole game play too looks really impressed but looks easy on kick off play mode, maybe that’s the reason people are complaining that the game is too easy and the lack of Comp still being unable to score again the player is also crucial in this game…my only complain in the game is that the game is unplayable in Android 11 and it’s a serious issues especially to us here because u can’t transfer games in Android 11 except u download them directly from the website so alot of people cannot download the game again, when u manage a team in Italian league like Juventus the whole screen will be shaking and glitching and u can’t do anything to that the same thing when u play against them, even in the premier league when u manage Man City the same issue occur and when u play against them too, in other league too I’ve tried, the screen just keep shaking randomly, so people with android 11 are not able to play this game again am using Oppo A54 Android 11 and I can’t play the game anymore

Yes you need to download the new Obb file as most changes are in Obb file. But this FIFA 14 MOD is last updated on 30 July.
I don’t think you’ve made any updates because I downloaded the APK file and the data file this morning yet there was no changes and the squad was still the same no new transfer wener is still in chelsea

Delete Speech folder and Profile file from the “com.ea.game.fifa14_row” folder and follow the commentary install instructions again. This should work fine 👍.

When did you last downloaded speech like this? Because speech server shutdown around 1 year ago. You need to download the commentary file from the below link.
A nice game bro, but they’re alot of errors there in the premier league you’re bringing a team that’s still in relegation into the premier League and your APK still display FIFA 22 instead of fifa 23, but the game setting out is overall very nice but in the detriment of the play which is too easy like the world class doesn’t have any effect in the game anymore… that’s some of the errors I’ve observe so far

Yes, there is new menu, updated transfers, kits, faces etc.

Pls the game playing is 100% buh some there are small errors in the game, Leceister city player are in West Bromwich, Wolverhampton players are in Fulham, and some teams should’ve been on the first league instead of getting relegated.

This game is nice both the only issue is, why are they not scoring goals too against me, I played a whole 2 seasons and COM scores only 2 goals against me, it’s not challenging but you’re doing a great job

Defensively COM is good but attackingwise they are poor against me. It got to a point i intentionally chose a small team against big team but still i kept winning every ball and tackles easily. They hardly score and didnt threaten my defense at all because my defense always win every little tackle and passes. This is the only complain that moves me because i yearn for a competitive game. At least in fifa 14 COM will still score against you even if you are going to beat them mercilessly they will still tap the ball well and threaten ur defense most especially Mancity but alas i played city and they played like watford. No pressure on my defense at all. I dont care if Leceister is called westbrom or leeds is called bolton as long as the game is competitive which is not so far.

Hello, I would like to ask about android 13 compatibility. It seems that android 13 suffers again with career save issue due to the changes they made to the Data folder accessibility. I think these files don’t work on android 13. I downloaded many times and tried to apply new patches, but do not work. Yes, it seems game can’t access the data folder in Android 13 and I don’t have any solution yet. While I always able to find the solution in previous Android version, but I have very little hope related to Android 13. I will add the instructions here if I ever find something 👍.
+Previously, I loved the player’s stats and the player’s manipulation of the data file you created before, so I kept using former data file. This one also worked well at first because I only replaced the Obb file, but I deleted the existing data file and changed it to a new one because I wanted to enjoy your new version. Then it doesn’t apply, and it doesn’t apply even if you go back to the previous one. Even with a computer with access rights, it seems that the data file itself cannot be applied to the app.I really want to play games..lol. Android 11 and 12 only have problems accessing Android data files and were applied when accessing from computer, but isn’t it not possible to tamper with Android data files as we move on to android 13? I just tried to do it in a good graphic (with only the latest obb files applied,no data file) without patching any data file, but I couldn’t save the career mode at all.

I understand you’re fed up from making updates but please and please you need to make it one last time.
This new update spoiled the game for most of us. You changed the whole gameplay to the old fifa14 except for player names. The camera view, passing, etc. What made the last update enjoyable is The through pass , The through pass was very exciting in the sense that your player can pass it long for it to be chased. But right now it’s not like that anymore infact the through pass is not different from normal pass now. It goes straight to the player. Its too perfect just like fifa14 and its boring.
One positive i took out of this new update is its harder. The opponents r more sensitive now unlike when you score 13-2 before.
And the pass/tackle button freezes most times especially when your team faces the left hand side of the pitch. The freezing annoys you to a time that you will be one on one with opponent keeper about to score a decisive goal and speed/direction button refuse to work. Pls fix all this. Fix the camera view to what it was before. You’re giving us the old fifa vibes with this new update and it’s not enjoyable.
